Typical Food
Tajín
Made of baked clay and with a characteristic conical lid. This lid keeps heat and steam during and after cooking, which condenses on the top and falls back on food, preventing it from drying out during cooking.
Couscous
It is a traditional Berber dish made from wheat semolina.
